Today, I had the honor of handing the keys to a young Army veteran who just moved to the Atlanta area and bought his first home using his VA benefits.

✨ My clients could not be happier — This was a fun transaction for me because it was a young couple buying their first home. I feel like these mean the most to me because they're dedicating their full trust in me to do a great job; The home they wanted had foundation issues & I knew this would be a problem for them in the future. I asked them to give me one more week to find something they would be proud to own & we did it!

Cheers! 🥃 This was such a fun transaction for everyone involved, these clients found me by reading reviews and contacted me directly and we got to work quickly finding a dream home. I gotta tell you we knocked it out of the park with this one. Thousands of equity in the home after appraisal, I got the sellers to paint rooms their favorite colors and they how have a resident peacock 🤣
