Sometimes the “no” isn’t the end of the story. Let me tell you why

Kelly, Javi, and baby Ariel are HOMEOWNERS and we celebrated accordingly 🥹🍾😂

By “accordingly” I mean we popped the champagne and it went STRAIGHT for Ariel. He got showered in it and honestly? That is the most iconic way to close on a house I have ever witnessed.

But in all seriousness I am so proud of you guys! They worked hard, stayed patient, and trusted us to guide them. Watching them walk into this moment was everything. Thank you Kelly and Javi for trusting me with something this big. I am so proud of you both 🏡🤍
