Maximize the perceived space. Buyers want to be able to envision themselves in the home. A cluttered home can feel a lot smaller than it actually is.⠀

Lightly furnish; less is more. Clean windows and glass doors, repaint (if needed), place flowers, and make your home smell good!⠀
