Finally got to dog sit for my mom Dukes’s dog. She’s like a legit family member lol. Those who know me know I’ve been raising pits since I was young. So you might not know I have skills with all types of dogs 😜. Dogs are truly man’s best friend, in so many ways!! I hope you all are having a great weekend ✌🏾

I don’t even know where to begin with this one. We all have those deals that are special. This is one of mine. This was a referral from an agent friend. I met her in September. We wrote about 9 offers in total. In the beginning we lost a lot of offers due to the appraisal gap offers. We brushed ourselves off came up with a new plan. We won a few too. But had to terminate due to inspections and external issues. Then a property that we lost an offer on. Came back to us, as we were terminating a contract. We went under contract with this property. Ran into some lender snags. Switched lenders and closed a month later. Nonetheless we were able to get the property for 15k less than appraised value, 5k in closing costs. Moral of the story never give up on your dreams and goals of homeownership. With the right agent, and team in place anything is possible!!!
