All answers are correct! Yes, There are loan products available that can get you into a home with a Credit Score as low as 550 (It won’t be easy). FHA Loans are more lenient to homebuyers with lower credit scores.

You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know

Even if you want to buy a home🏡 1-2 years from now, you should ❗️ALWAYS❗️ sit down with a loan officer to get PRE-APPROVED first☝🏾 (different from PRE-QUALIFIED). The loan officer will literally tell you what in your credit is weighing⚓️ your score down and NOW you have time⏱ to FIX IT🛠.

There are also SOME credit repair companies that offer great services in restoring your credit but PLEASE tread with 🚧CAUTION⚠️
