Due diligence is a period of time that allows a buyer to renegotiate contract terms and also receive a full refund on funds utilized for deposit. Essentially the Due diligence period allows a buyer to fully understand what they are buying and the terms of their contract. (If you ain’t already did this lol!)

This is also the the time to have all professionals perform test, inspections, and obtain any relevant details pertaining to property. #222022

As we approach a new year with new beginnings remember to challenge your mind and learn something new or pass along some important info.
Closing costs: are a sum of fees for the services and expenses required to finalize a mortgage. You’ll have to pay closing costs whether you buy a home or refinance. (A lot of people who refi forget this)
The bulk of your closing costs will fall on the buyer, but the seller is also responsible for certain fees such as paying commissions to real estate agents involved in the transaction.
