between the historic architecture, new residential developments, and some of atlanta’s most iconic destinations all within walking distance, downtown is becoming one of the city’s most interesting places to live.

it still has everything people have always loved about it, but now there’s a growing neighborhood forming around it.

if you’ve written downtown off, it might be time for another look.
