Congratulations to Persy and Asia on buying their first home!! 🥳

I love how serendipitous life can be sometimes. Persy was one of the first people I met after I moved to Atlanta. I met them buying a lamp from them off Facebook marketplace and have kept in touch through the years, seeing them on occasion to look at cool lofts and houses.

When the search became serious we looked at a place in Pine Lake that was beautiful but I could tell Persy was not 100% sure if they wanted to move that far away from their social/support circle. I encouraged them to wait and think on it, then I took them to a cute home in EAV and I could feel the difference in the energy of both of them seeing this home vs the one in Pine Lake. It was the right fit and I am so excited for them to be in their new home surrounded by friends.

Congratulations to Amanda and Jackson on their new home! 🍾🎉

Amanda and I met in improv classes and I was so excited when she asked if I could help find them a new home. They felt rushed by their agent when they bought their first home and they ended up in an area that didn’t fit their lifestyle. This time started out right, with an in depth buyer consultation to make sure I understood what they were looking for and they understood how we were going to get it. They now are the proud owners of a beautiful house that checks every box on their list.

I was really wanting a good smash-burger so we had a late night dinner at Smiley’s Burger Club in Downtown Decatur. Their burgers are great and greasy in the best way. Their fries were good and they had a very good peppery ranch. We also got their Heckin Dip & Chips, which is a delicious house-made French onion dip with very seasoned chips. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood to smash a burger on a nice weathered day.

Thank you so much, Sam! Sam's now in a wonderful place on the edge of Downtown Decatur that allows her to stay close to everything while still allowing her to do some backyard bird-watching. Even with the condition of the home exceeding her expectations, she was still able to get this home at a price her subdivision hasn't seen in many years, gaining her some instant equity.
