Congrats to my client for selling her Brookhaven office condo!
A little backstory on how I met this client: I used to sell paint jobs in residential neighborhoods. I gave this client an estimate on painting the exterior of her home , and she actually chose to go with another company. I am still a little mad about that 😂
Fast forward a few years later, and I just helped sell her commercial condo.
This is the reason I value relationships over transactions.
Special shoutout to my commercial partner for keeping this transaction alive. It definitely was not an easy one !
