Now, I know I haven’t done a great job of updating my social media but I promise, I'm going to do better.

That said, I want to take a moment to talk about a Closing that I had a few weeks ago with 1st time home-buyers Shakil Martinez & Jazmin.

They fought so hard for this house - in one of the toughest housing markets in the U.S. Despite showing them over 60 properties and losing out on multiple offers, they never gave up (and neither did I).

I'm so happy that Jazmin, Shakil and baby Luna get to call this place “Home!”
