As seen in the first shot, this Primary bedroom is one of largest in the building, so we had to start it off right by highlighting this feature first. The beauty of it being 1 of only 2 units with this unique floor plan make this a true gem.

Be sure to check on our next Open House this Sunday June 28th 12-2 pm.

Do you prefer the traditional galley kitchen or the open kitchen?

Galley kitchens were used to help separate dirty dishes and messy kitchens from guests wandering eyes. The open floor plan there is no where to hide. Who did it best, the past or the present?

This was one of the fastest homes I put on the market and had so many people interested in so quickly that it’s already gone in less than 2 weeks and at List Price. Glad to see how the new resident move in already to the community as well.

Please let me know when you’re looking to move. Whether that’s to lease, buy, or sell.
