Overall, average sales price is  ⬆️ 6%, while new listings are ⬇️ 5% and homes sold are ⬇️ 7%. Average days on market is 59 but take a closer look at the stats because it all depends on where you are buying or selling‼️

So what does that mean for you? 👇🏻

🔑 Buyers: You may have more negotiating room in certain pockets, especially as homes spend longer on the market.

🏠 Sellers: Strong results are still happening, but pricing your home based on what worked last summer isn’t the strategy anymore.
