🚧 Heads up, neighbors! If you travel I-285 through Smyrna or Vinings, you'll want to allow some extra time over the next couple of weeks.

Starting tonight (Thursday, July 16) at 9:00 p.m., the right lane and shoulder in both directions of I-285 will be closed between Collier Drive and Paces Ferry Road for approximately two weeks as part of GDOT's I-285 Westside Rebuild Project.

And one more date to put on your calendar...

⚠️ July 24–27: I-285 is scheduled to be fully closed in both directions between South Atlanta Road and Paces Ferry Road, beginning 7:00 p.m. Friday through 5:00 a.m. Monday (weather permitting).

If that's part of your regular commute, now's a good time to start thinking about alternate routes. Stay safe out there!

🏡 Finally... some encouraging news on housing.
Last night, the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act officially became law (even without the President's signature...that's a whole other conversation for another time)marking one of the most significant federal housing reforms in decades. That's something worth paying attention to, whether you're a homeowner, buyer, renter, or future buyer.
