I’ve been having a lot of conversations with agents lately whose last 12 months actually looked pretty solid on paper…

But when we look at their year to date numbers…

things are significantly off.

And honestly, I think that’s the part a lot of people in this industry aren’t talking about right now.

There are a lot of agents who had momentum from a different market…

but are now realizing that what worked before isn’t working the same way today.

The agents I’m seeing gain traction right now aren’t necessarily the ones with the biggest databases or the biggest marketing budgets.

They’re the ones staying consistent.

Consistent conversations.
Consistent follow-up.
Consistent outreach.
Consistent visibility.

And they’re pairing that with better systems, stronger accountability, and opportunities that create real conversations leading to actual results.

The next FastCAP cohorts are starting soon, and this time there are two options depending on your schedule.

All sessions are held live on Zoom, making it easy for agents to participate from wherever they are while still getting real-time training and support.

Daytime cohort
May 27th through July 9th
Live sessions Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
2:00 to 3:00 PM ET

Evening cohort, FastCAP After Dark
May 13th through June 25th
Live sessions Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
8:00 to 9:00 PM ET

The program includes live training sessions three times each week focused on the fundamentals that help agents build a strong and sustainable business. Lead generation, client conversations, and the systems and habits that help you consistently grow your pipeline.

To support the work agents are doing inside the program, leads are provided starting in the first week. Agents who complete the program continue receiving those leads for a full year afterward without any of the referral fees many platforms charge.

Agents who complete the six week cycle are averaging around four transactions during that timeframe, creating momentum that can completely change the trajectory of a year.

Two agents can receive the exact same lead.

One turns it into a listing.

The other never hears back.

So what made the difference?

Usually it is not the lead.

It is the conversation that follows.

The ability to ask better questions.
The ability to listen.
The ability to guide someone through an important decision.

I have seen agents build entire businesses simply by becoming great at starting and continuing meaningful conversations.

One simple example:

Instead of asking
“Do you know anyone looking to buy or sell?”

Try asking something like

“I have been talking with a few homeowners recently who were surprised by what homes are selling for right now. Have you looked at your home’s value lately?”

That type of question does not feel like a sales pitch.

It simply starts a conversation.

And conversations are where most opportunities begin.

Momentum can change everything in a real estate business.

One thing I have noticed over the years is that most agents do not have a skill problem. They have a pipeline problem. When the conversations increase, the closings follow.

That is why I always pay attention to programs that help agents create real momentum.
