We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially broken ground with Atlas Real Estate Partners and New South Construction Company on our latest project, The Hawkins, a mid-rise multifamily community offering 192 units and 15k SF of amenity and retail space. Located in Atlanta’s highly desirable inner-suburb of Chamblee, Georgia, the groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mayor Brian K. Mock, who spoke highly of the transit-oriented project, as well as Councilman Mesa, and Councilman Veith.
Some of the more unique building amenities are the coworking space and a rooftop lounge overlooking the nearby PDK Airport, which caters to private aircraft and is Georgia’s second busiest airport. This milestone represents the continued growth of our company and success of our team and partners!
