As we sort, organize and stage this massive collection, we’ll be sharing sneak peeks of some of our favorite finds along the way. Trust us—this is the kind of sale that has something for everyone, and even we don’t know yet everything we’ll uncover!

Thank you for shopping with us and making our Morningside Art Lover’s Estate Sale a big success!

One of the things I love most about hosting sales is connecting the things with the people who will continue to use and enjoy them into the future.

When the woman who bought the ‘Barrel o Monkeys’ necklace was coincidentally wearing banana-print shorts, it felt like that item had been waiting for her.
Or when a woman named Eden purchased most of the houseplants, it seemed as though they had found exactly the right caretaker.

The kismet of those moments is never lost on me.

What many people don’t see is the work that goes into preparing a sale like this. By the time the doors open, we’ve spent countless hours honoring a family’s belongings and creating a space where shoppers can discover something special.
That’s why seeing excited customers and watching items head to loving new homes is so rewarding. It’s a reminder that estate sales are about more than buying and selling—they’re about preserving memories, creating connections, and giving beautiful things a second life.
I’m incredibly grateful for the enthusiastic shoppers and loyal customers who make these sales possible. Thank you for showing up, sharing your stories, and making the sales so fun!

Discovered while pricing this lovely 1930s Lloyd C. Douglas volume, these perfectly preserved specimens were left exactly as found. They will be patiently waiting to be seen by their new owner.
I’d love to know how long they’ve been pressed between these pages!

A big, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to shop our Fayetteville Farmhouse Estate Sale over the weekend! We had an incredibly fun and successful sale, and we truly couldn’t have done it without our amazing, loyal shoppers.

At the end of a sale like this, it’s always incredible to look around and see just how much has found new homes. Every purchase, every kind word, and every shared post helps make a big project like this possible.
