D O U B L E ⚡️ C L O S I N G!! Holy smokes, we freakin did it!! Wow!! This transaction was, by far, the most challenging one to date. It started out smooth, and negotiations were all in my clients' favor (buying and selling). Everything was going to well until it wasn't. This seamless transaction quickly turned into a dumpster fire FIVE days before closing. When one thing happens and you're dealing with both sides of the transaction, things can quickly snowball, a domino effect. But, through all the chaos and uncertainty in the final days, y'all showed a great deal of resilience in facing various negotiation challenges and other insane obstacles that came up.
