What every seller in Atlanta needs to know before listing this summer.

The market has shifted, and the sellers winning right now are the ones paying attention. Not to headlines or doom-scroll predictions, but to the real numbers happening in their own neighborhood, from Intown pockets like Grant Park + Virginia-Highland to the Westside and the northern suburbs.

The strategy that worked two years ago isn't the same strategy that's going to work this season.

In Atlanta, we’re seeing it matter more (a lot more) whether you’re in an area with low inventory + strong demand, or a pocket where buyers have options and are taking their time. That’s why pricing, prep, and timing all carry more weight than they used to... and getting any one of those wrong can cost you real money on the back end.

There’s something about the way Atlanta slides into summer that makes everything feel lighter. The days get longer, the city gets busier (in the best way), and there’s always something happening.

A good realtor will help you buy a house. A great one will make sure it's actually the right one. 💯
