Clayton County Residents who are renting, there is still assistance available.

This Saturday, Melanated Pearl Corporation, Clayton County Community Service Authority and the Georgia Micro Enterprise Network will assist residents in person to complete application for rental assistance from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Three Locations:

1. Living Faith Tabernacle, 5880 Old Dixie Highway, Forest Park, Ga.

2. Clayton County Police Headquarters Community Room, 7911 McDonough Street, Jonesboro, Ga.

3. Virginia Burton Gray Recreation Center, 1475 East Fayetteville Road, Riverdale, Ga.

This is for Clayton County Residents only.

Clayton County will help residents needing rental assistance sign up for the support this weekend....

Mondays are for NEW starts. As we enter into a new week, what new goals are you set to tackle today.

At the end of every Friday, I review the past week. On Sunday, I prep and set goals to accomplish more than I accomplished last week, and on MONDAY it’s GO time. I press the START button. “Big changes comes from hundreds of tiny steps and they all matter”.

Regardless of what the media is saying, regardless of what at the rumors are, is it STILL a GREAT time to buy and sell a house.

Until the supply catches up with the demand, you can still find great homeownership opportunities. Currently we are still in a housing supply shortage.

Yes, interest rates have gone up.
Yes, houses are staying on the market a few days longer.

But guess what else....

Houses are still selling over list price.
Sellers are still finding themselves in multiple offer scenarios.
