A US based real estate acquisitions firm requires an acquisitions manager to call, make offers and ultimately lock down warm and hot leads that have been generated by other team members.

The hours Required can be somewhat flexible however in general the hours of 1pm - 9pm EST time should be worked (Monday to Friday). **This is a remote based position (and can be done from your home/office).

The successful applicant must have prior experience with phone sales - preferably with high ticket items. They will be required to call leads and negotiate terms and pricing with them.

All training will be provided for the right individual.

You must also have a good attitude, be a a committed team player who is organized and efficient. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and will be a combination of monthly salary plus commissions.

This is a high performance sales position that is very results focused. If you aren't confident of performing in a high paced sales environment this will not be a good position for you.

Traits We Look for in Acquisitions Managers

Competiveness
Prior history of high performance in a sales position (ideally high ticket items - 1k plus although anyone with a history of performance in sales type positions is qualified)
A passion for whatever it is they do and a eagerness/willingness to learn
Excellent written and spoken English skills and confidence in speaking to people on the phone.
