THEY SAID YES TO THE ADDRESS… AND YES TO FOREVER. 💍🏡❤️
And somehow, they did both in 24 hours. 😂

The night before closing, my clients casually texted me:
“Hey, we’re going to elope tomorrow.”
And they did!

They got married… then came to closing and bought their new home. 🥂

I’ve been lucky enough to be part of some pretty special closings, but this one is definitely legendary.

A new marriage.
A new home.
One unforgettable 24 hours.

Congratulations to the newlyweds and new homeowners! Wishing you a lifetime of love, happiness and beautiful memories in your new address. ❤️🏡💍

✨ UNDER CONTRACT ✨
Some homes are beautiful.
Some homes feel special.
And every once in a while, a home comes along that is unforgettable.
After waiting for just the right home, my friends and clients are officially under contract on this incredible Alpharetta property, and I couldn't be more excited for them.
From the breathtaking pool and fire feature 🔥, to the gorgeous grounds🌸🌹, to the stately columns that make such a stunning first impression, to the charming porches, to a neighborhood nestled along the Chattahoochee River, this home feels like the kind of place where memories will be made for years to come.
But what makes this one so special isn't just the house itself.
It's watching wonderful people find a place that fits their family, their lifestyle, and this season of life so perfectly.
Moments like these are a reminder that the right home is always worth the wait.
Congratulations, friends. ❤️
