Just leased this fantastic space for an incredible woman entrepreneur! As a fellow female business owner, I understand the hustle, faith, and sacrifices it takes to thrive in the market. It took two months of intense negotiations to secure this lease. Let me tell you, those 50 pages were packed with clauses meant to favor the landlord, not the tenant. Remember, never sign a commercial lease without representation! I negotiated for clauses that didn’t serve my client’s best interests to be removed. Also, negotiated free rent and renovations too! ✨
