Realtors make too much money !!

(some Realtors are not worth it but some are)

CLIENT – How much will it cost for you to sell my house?

REALTOR – My commission is 6% of the sale price.

CLIENT – That’s too much for selling a house!

REALTOR – How much do you think is reasonable for selling your home?

CLIENT – I think 2% should be enough! Selling a house isn’t that hard!

REALTOR – I understand it might seem straightforward, but there’s a lot more involved in selling a home effectively.

CLIENT – Realtors just want to make a huge profit for a few weeks of work!

REALTOR – It may appear that way, but let me explain what goes into the process. Why not try selling it yourself?

CLIENT – Well, I don’t really know how to market a home or negotiate deals.

REALTOR – For a reduced fee, I could consult with you on the best strategies for selling your home. You’d handle the sale, but with professional guidance.

CLIENT – Deal!

REALTOR – Great! First, you’ll need to stage your home, take professional photos, and market it. You’ll also need to be available for showings and open houses.

CLIENT – But I don’t know how to stage a home or where to advertise it!

REALTOR – I can provide you with a list of trusted professionals who can help. But remember, their services aren't free.

CLIENT – That sounds like a lot of extra work and expense.

REALTOR – Absolutely. And when offers come in, you'll need to evaluate them, negotiate terms, and understand the legal paperwork involved in closing the sale.

CLIENT – Wait, I’m not sure I’m comfortable handling negotiations and legal documents.
