It’s been a whirlwind start to the year, but we’re finally catching up and have some exciting news to share! First up, the sale of an incredible 2,000 SF creative office condo on Atlanta’s Eastside Beltline trail. Unit 253 sold at asking price and closed in 30 days! We saw a ton of activity on our “for sale” inventory, this was the first of many end of year 2024 closings!
