Thinking about selling? Here are a couple tips that can help almost any house look its’ best before going on the market.
🌟Declutter! It is so hard to look at a space for what it is when you can’t see it.
🌟Paint! If you have mismatched paint, or a lot of personal choices, it’s a quick and cost effective way to make your home a “blank slate”. Let the next buyer imagine creating the space their own way.
🌟Don’t over-improve! Some investments are worth it, and some aren’t.
🌟Last but not least, and the most important of all, is talk to your agent (which should be me 😝)
