Yesterday...
I was out here in these ATL Real Estate streets. 🏡⚒️ minding my Black-Owned Business.📋

We are about 2 weeks 📅 from finishing & about 3 weeks from being in the market. 💸

I had a Full day yesterday... my first appointment was a zoom meeting at 9:30am & I didn't finish until 7:30pm. ⏰️ Whew!! 🙄

It was a super longggggg day yesterday, but absolutely no complaints. 👌🏾

Especially, when you're able to do what you love. 🥰

I'm 🙏🏾♥️

I fell asleep 😴 💤 on the game 🏈 last night. 🌙 knocked out...

But...I'm re-charged 🔋 & READY for a new day.

We had a full house yesterday... getting things done.💯

We are almost finished with this project...maybe another 3 weeks or so & it's on the market. 💰💸

In the video, I meant to say that we passed our framing & insulation inspection... not drywall.

We're making progress!! 🔨🛠

We're about to tile the bathrooms and sand the mud to finish the drywall.

It won't be long now... next up, paint, flooring & finishes. 💯

About yesterday...
Out here in these ATL Real Estate 🏠⚒️ streets doing what I love. 🥰

I'm making my rounds, checking 🔎 on one of our properties.

It's drywall time!!! ⏰️

One of my favs during the renovation process because you can start to see the shape of the house.

Also, from this point forward, things start to move a little quicker. All rough-in work have been completed. Now, it's just paint, flooring & finishes.

It's just a matter of time to have another one in the books 📝 & completed.
