Each morning, I awaken to the iconic image below hosted in a *"Water closet” in my home, declaring the principle of "showing up". We all face trials daily. Every person you know is getting ready to go into a trial, in the middle of a trial, or moving out of a trial. Amid our trials, I am reminded of the below:

🌟 Hundreds of thousands of individuals are presented with the opportunity daily to embrace a challenge, commit to growth, make an impact, and challenge the norm. Many express interests, only a fraction take the leap. Some initiate the journey of personal and professional development but falter along the way.

🌟 For many, dreams remain just that - dreams. Some muster the courage to take the initial step, yet distractions intervene. Very few persevere till the end, achieving the goals they set. The key to progress lies in one simple yet profound action: taking the next step forward. Make the decision today to keep the journey going!

*Water closet- A common place to install a toilet was in a remodeled closet because of its dedicated size and door. Since it was the one place in the home that had indoor water, it was called the “water closet.” Fun Fact: modern-day building codes still refer to the WC designation.

Of the 966 businesses surveyed, 75 percent said that their young workers had “unsatisfactory” performances.

Respondents believe that their postgrad new hires lack motivation (50 percent) and professionalism (46 percent), and have poor communication skills (39 percent).
