Happy Valentine’s Day!❤️& Congrats to my clients on trusting us to get the job done.

This was a a good one! The sellers just stepped aside and trusted me get them to the closing table.

There was as a lot riding on this one. I was really cool on the outside, but I was working and praying hard behind the scenes.. We got it closed!!! They’re happy!! I’m elated and thankful!

Celebrated with and family for her bday and the other January birthdays.. Such a great time. It was 3 days of non stop fun!!! McKenzie’s for the win on the conch fritters and Skinny’s is always a slam dunk on the tropical conch salad.
