REAL ESTATE TALK. Did you know that in many communities there are programs with down payment assistance? Many times these programs will pay for your entire down payment, with no payback required. In Georgia there is a program that will give you a down payment of between $7,000 up to $15,000 if you have decent (not perfect) credit, and good work history (at least 2 years). You can make up to $72,000 per year and still qualify.
