Prices are mixed but still holding strong, 39% of sellers are lowering their prices, so there's plenty of room for negotiations, especially if you're dealing with a distressed property.

If you're thinking about rehab or just need some guidance on securing a good deal, keep in mind that many homes hover at about $230 per square foot. This can help you gauge your renovation budget. Also, with about 20.5% being relisted, don't miss out on bargains to turn a potential fixer-upper into a profitable investment or quite a nice home!
