As a HUD certified broker, a Fannie Mae registered Broker, and a New Castle County NSP broker, our mission is to help stabilize at-risk neighborhood communities from distress due to home foreclosures and neighborhood abandonment. We have helped to rehabilitate and resell these homes in accordance to the housing quality standards as required by U.S Department of Urban Housing. After rehabilitation, the properties are then made available to qualified first-time home buyers through the NSP program and the affordable housing program. We also offer a free comparative market analysis (CMA) which is an estimate of a home's value based on recently sold of similar properties in the immediate area. These CMA reports can help sellers set the best listing price for their homes and to help buyers make a competitive offer.
As a SBA certified firm, we are able and willing to do business with local, state, and federal government agencies, as well as private organizations. We have had past contracts and experiences with the U.S. Dept of HUD and Fannie Mae to manage, market, and maintain their foreclosed properties. We also specialize in listing and selling these REO and bank owned houses.
