Atlanta Realtor - Amber Bates

Local Atlanta Real estate agent and member of the Atlanta Realtors Association. Atlanta REALTOR® How am I different from the other agents?

I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for each of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on my client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.. Hire me because I will fight hard to negotiate the best terns for you! My philosophy is simple:

CLIENTS COME FIRST! I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through commissions or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.

This closing was extra special 🥹

We started house hunting at the beginning of the year, FULL of hope!

Week after week, we toured homes, wrote strong offers (7 in total), and faced heartbreak after heartbreak, constantly losing out in multiple-offer battles (cash buyers, you’ve had your moment 😅).

All the while, Caroline and I were both pregnant — waddling through home tours and open houses, on a relentless hunt for the right home.

Fast forward 9 months, and here we are at the closing table with our newborn babies in our arms and full hearts 🥰

It wasn’t easy, but together we made it happen — and now Greg and Caroline have the perfect Milton home where they’ll raise their little ones and make new core life memories.

Congratulations again .gokey & . Thank you for trusting me to help you through this process for the THIRD time 🔑🔑🔑 It’s truly been a honor serving you.
