The house he was referring to was a 3/1 in marrietta,ga. It definitely was a challenge. We faced many unforeseen obstacles and set backs. A VA loan is one of the biggest benefits that Veterans EARN for their service, and they so deserve that benefit!!

Being Veteran's Lending Specialists, we've been asked many times why we typically don't do VA mortgages for non-married clients, or why we put the loan in only in the Veteran's name if the income is sufficient.

We CAN do them, but if we need to use both parties on the loan, the non-Veteran would have to put down a 12.5% down payment, so it's typically more advantageous to the clients to use a different program if they share finances.
