Congratulations to my tax clients turned HOMEOWNERS, Mr. & Mrs. Johnson! 🏡❤️🔑

CLOSED & FUNDED! 🎉🍾

This one is special to me because it really shows how relationships come full circle.

I remember when I first became a Realtor 4 years ago, we were sitting in the tax office on Everman Parkway and Mr. Johnson told me, “When I’m ready, Kiara, I’m coming to you.”

And he kept his word. 🥹❤️

Mr. & Mrs. Johnson have been loyal tax clients of mine for the past 5 years, continuously supporting me and trusting me with their business. And today, I officially get to welcome them into my HOMEOWNER family! 🏡🔑

🏈 DAHLYN’S 1-MONTH TRAINING UPDATE 🏈

It’s officially been a month since Dahlyn started training, and one of the things making me the proudest is that HE is now asking to do 2 sessions instead of 1! 🙌🏾

Right now he’s working on speed & agility training AND football skill training, and I can already see his confidence starting to come out more and more.

One thing I’m learning through this journey is that being a good athlete isn’t just about having the technique or natural ability. The mindset matters just as much. The discipline. The confidence. Being coachable. Learning how to push yourself when something is hard. Wanting to get better even when nobody is making you do it.

And THAT is what I’m most excited to see developing in him. ❤️

We’re going to keep practicing, keep training, keep building that confidence and get him ready to step on that field for middle school football next year! 🏈💪🏾

I told him from the beginning—we can give you the opportunity, get you the training and put you around the right people, but YOU have to want it and YOU have to put the work in.

Thank you Coach Johnson and the entire Total Athlete staff. You all are AMAZING, and you can truly see the passion you have for what you do and for the kids you train.

One month down… a whole lot more work to go. ❤️🏈

Right now I’m blessed to have 3 transactions personally under contract and 1 under contract by one of my agents on the KNM Luxury Team.

📍 Georgia: 1 Under Contract → Closing in August

📍 Texas: 2 Under Contract

• 1 Closing in September
