Per our Office Policy and for the safety of our staff and customers, our office will have non-standard hours the next 2 days, Wednesday and Thursday, February 25th and 26th. In following the Mayor's request, our office will be closing early on Wednesday. Depending on the condition of the roads on Thursday the 26th, we may or may not be able to open at all. Please be safe, avoid icy driving conditions, and remember to drip faucets at night to protect your home!

TENANTS: Regardless on what your friend down the street tells you; you cannot withhold your rent due to repairs and still live in the house. You will have an eviction filed on you and the Judge may still make you pay or may give you a rent concession. Don't listen to "neighborhood real estate" - go to the Judge.

LANDLORDS: It is your responsibility to provide a safe and healthy environment for your tenant. If your home comes equipped with an HVAC system it is your duty to keep that system in working order REGARDLESS if the tenant falls behind on the rent.
