Pinnacle Realty and Tax Service, LLC was created in 2008 by 13 year IBM IT professional/real estate investor turned entrepreneur David Lee. After spending eight years with a well-known national and an Independent brokerage, David Lee was given an opportunity to branch out on his own and started “Pinnacle Realty GA LLC "; a "full-service" real estate brokerage and property Management Company licensed in Georgia. Pinnacle Realty GA LLC is registered with Dunn & Bradstreet. In 2015 full service year round tax preparation was added to our services. To better align our name with our services we changed our name from Pinnacle Realty GA, LLC to Pinnacle Realty and Tax Service, LLC. BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
