March is Women’s History Month, and there’s no better time to spotlight the monumental journey of women in real estate. Just fifty years ago, the notion of women financing home purchases independently was unimaginable. Fast forward to 2024, and women are leading the charge in this ever-evolving industry. Today, women represent 62% of all Realtors®, a testament to their dominance and expertise. Additionally, 61.9% are property managers, nearly 10% are making significant contributions to the construction industry, and 24% have established themselves as architects. The design world is significantly shaped by women too, with 83.9% of interior designers and 83.6% of escrow officers being female. Remarkably, women now account for 19% of single homebuyers, doubling the figure for men.

As a woman and minority owning a real estate firm, I am honored to contribute to this transformative era. My commitment extends beyond business; it’s about empowering women towards homeownership and investment in real estate.
