✨HOME BUYING TIP✨ Don’t get me wrong…family is EVERYTHING!! But too many conflicting opinions can definitely leave you feeling overwhelmed and/or confused.

Regardless of how new or amazing the home is, someone will always find an issue whether it’s an issue to YOU (the homebuyer) or not.

If you’re a first time homebuyer I get the jitters are real…but so is me having your back and best interest. I will be with you during the inspection and there to translate anything the inspector shares that may feel like a foreign language.

✨Housing Market Update✨ September’s numbers are up and the verdict is in!🏡 Demand remains high, while supply remains low. Atlanta’s inventory decreased by 27.8% in September from September 2020.

▫️ What does this mean for buyers? Multiple offer scenarios are still hot and heavy. Continue stepping in with your best foot forward. These numbers mean there aren’t enough homes on the market to meet the number of buyers currently shopping. Still a great time to buy.

Why? Because time is money. As you see there was a sales price increase of 15% over the past year. In Atlanta home prices are steadily rising. You don’t want to look back years to come and wish you would’ve bought because the home you really want was actually affordable then.🔑 and we haven’t even touched on the interest rates. They’re at an all time low, a fat cry for the 5-7% interest rates we saw just a couple years ago.

▫️Sellers you have the ultimate advantage here as you’re gaining equity and cashing out big should you decide to sell. I’ve had clients who have sold their home this year after purchasing their home in 2020 walk away from closing with 5-figure checks. Yes, it’s that real.🏡
