NNN Lease vs. Gross Lease: Do You Know What You're Really Paying For? 🏢

When evaluating commercial real estate, the advertised rent is only part of the picture.

With a Triple Net (NNN) lease, tenants typically pay base rent plus specified property expenses, such as property taxes, insurance, and maintenance.

With a Gross Lease, more property operating expenses are generally incorporated into the rent, although certain costs may still be billed separately.

During this three-hour course, we explored how:
