Our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes feature white quartz countertops, herringbone tile backsplash, and white, flat-front cabinetry. Apartments also include custom details like crown molding, tray ceilings, spacious walk-in closets, fireplaces, and built-in bookshelves. Each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms and living spaces. Some homes include hardwood-style flooring throughout and patios or balconies to enjoy the outdoors. If you need to work from home, consider using the dining room area, to set up your dream home office! Enjoy working out in our expansive fitness center or take a dip in our resort-style swimming pool. The community is pet-friendly accepting up to 3 pets per apartment home. Clair is perfectly located, with bus and rail service nearby and direct access to I-85 from the rear entrance gate. Our community is also only minutes away from popular dining and shopping areas. We partner with Vero, a third-party screening company, to verify the identity and income of all applicants. Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.)
