Curb Appeal Property Solutions, LLC is the premier residential redevelopment company located in metro Atlanta and metro Detroit. Nomikos and Nick are cousins that grew up ten minutes apart just outside of Atlanta. They are the sons of Greek immigrants who taught them the value of a dollar through hard work at the family restaurant. In 2000, the family restaurant was sold and Nick's parents decided

to move their family to a Detroit suburb. The two had always been intrigued by real estate investing. Nomikos’ parents had a few rental properties while he was growing up and Nick bought his first rental home in 2011. In 2013, Nick met Shawna and soon decided that she was the “one”. They were married in 2016 and shortly after, Nomikos, Shawna and Nick decided to start Curb Appeal Property Solutions.
