I’ve been a loyal Cadillac owner for years and have proudly chosen the Escalade as my vehicle of choice.

Unfortunately, this is now the second Escalade I’ve experienced major engine issues with. My current 2024 Escalade suffered an engine failure and has been awaiting a replacement engine for more than 30 days, with no estimated completion date.

As a real estate professional, I spend a significant amount of time on the road serving clients throughout Metro Atlanta. Reliability and safety are not luxuries for me, they’re necessities.

I want to remain a Cadillac customer. I genuinely do. But after multiple engine failures and an extended wait with no clear resolution, I’m struggling to understand what that path forward looks like.

Cadillac, what are you willing to do to restore my confidence in the brand and retain me as a customer?

I’m hopeful we can find a solution that works for everyone.

This is my sister. I love Pennae more than words can express. She was my prayer warrior, she interceded for me in Holy languages - whenever I was in her presence, she spoke life into me. She and I were roommates on my first trip to Swaziland Africa in 2008, on a mission trip spearheaded by and - that trip solidified her place in my heart. ♥️ We would forever be bonded! BTG girls!! She did my makeup for my wedding in 2017 and gave me the big chop! She is more than a stylist. If you have ever had a chance to be served in her chair, you know it was a transformative experience! You left filled with love! She is so gifted at her craft!! Her hands and her heart are anointed.

She is in hospice but I know that spirit of hers is still fighting. She gave this world, her friends and family everything she had.

Please find it in your heart to donate as she transitions to her rightful position. To be amongst the angels with our Lord and Savior!!

I love you my dear sister. I’m on a flight as we speak, heading back to the motherland - where you and I first bonded. I will see you when I return !
