We called this one green door. It’s absolutely stunning. Going under contract isn’t always easy. My buyer has limited funds and the seller wanted at least the standard 1% earnest money. We couldn’t do it! BUT because we were already approved and have a short closing window, my awesome lender was able to reduce the financing contingency period. My team thinks outside the box! Now my buyer is headed to homeownership. Congratulations 🎊 this one is officially under contract. And the seller is paying $12k in concessions
