was formed in 2005 by Rocky Kaufmann for the purpose of managing a small portfolio of family owned properties. ky Kaufmann, director/associate broker with KW Commercial, began his real estate career managing a portfolio of properties in the metro Atlanta area. In 2002 he became the lead manager and leasing agent of a diversified portfolio that included office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties. In addition to marketing in the more traditional methods, including directed canvassing and cold calling, Rocky has found success in expanding his marketing to utilize today’s technology. Careful consideration is used to determine the most likely and best prospect for a particular transaction, and how best to reach those prospects. Rocky is currently serving on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for the Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter office. Additionally, he is the co-chair for the KW Cares committee, which is the charitable arm of Keller Williams. Rocky has maintained a presence in the Atlanta community and the spirit of volunteerism through his work for over 15 years as a wrestling coach at The Lovett School. He was honored in 2003 with the Georgia High School Coach of The Year award for his contributions and leadership.
