We sent these kids packin'! In the best possible sense of the word! Two and a half years ago Caittlyn and Chris stretched hard to do what it took to buy a home for their growing family. It was a great place for them but they longed for their home city of Jacksonville and recently decided to return. This most newly minted homeowner is pretty special! Super proud of my son, , who became a homeowner on Monday. Fun fact: the house was built in 1956 and John is only the second owner. We so enjoyed hearing stories and getting to know one of the three daughters the late sellers reared there. It's full of love and wonderful memories already! John will start the next chapter in its story. The next chapter is quite the adventure as John has embarked on his first renovation project, as well! We can't wait to take you along. Congratulations on the successful sale of this fine home in Old Fourth Ward! While they thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous city living, I am so happy for the Sellers to be settling into a new season of a little slower-paced life in the mountains.
