The only two things you need to remember about mortgage interest rates::

When you hear yield, think RATE. Add 2 to the 10-year T-note yield and there's your mortgage interest rate for the day.

It took me 25 years of being a Realtor to figure this out. Hopefully you get it the first time you read this.

I felt as if I hit the automotive jackpot recently while out for a walk.

Porsche cars have never been the most powerful cars. They have never been the fastest cars. But, they have always been some of the most beautiful cars and some of the best engineered cars.

This example is a 356. The 356 came in many iterations:: 356A, B, C, Cabriolet, Speedster, Carrera, & others.
