Warren recently built our new home on Silver Lake in Brookhaven, and we are thoroughly pleased. It was important to us to work with someone we could trust, because we couldn’t always be there to oversee the workmanship or the quality of materials being used. Warren earned our trust through honesty, integrity, and transparency. He was very present and responsive, quickly returning phone calls and taking action when necessary. We were often amused by his ubiquitous presence! We would come to the house to check on things and call him with a question. Almost instantly, his truck would appear in our driveway, and he would pop in to address our concerns. If our concerns involved a subcontractor task, he would immediately call the subcontractor, explain what needed to be done, then politely but firmly urge them to action with his signature phrase, “Can you go ahead and do that right now?” Warren gets things done, and he gets them done right. He has the highest standards, both for structural integrity and for aesthetic appearance, and he takes great pride in his work. I once showed him a unique sink with an interesting look but with poor functional design. Warren shook his head and said, “We’re not putting that in a Renaissance home.” Most importantly, Warren cares deeply about his clients and about their satisfaction with their new home. We ordered Calacatta Gold marble tiles for our kitchen backsplash, and when they came in, they did not all have the rich golden vein like the ones in the showroom display. So, Warren sat on the floor with us and picked through box after box of tiles to select the best ones for our backsplash. What builder does that? Warren does because he cares. With his strong engineering background, his keen attention to detail, his passion for excellence, and his caring attitude, Warren is a truly exceptional builder. And, after the pleasant experience of working with him to build our house, he is now someone we are honored to call our friend.
