🔹 Prepare - get good sleep and limit distractions
🔹 Record what you need to memorize and listen to it over and over

Our goal is to highlight talented individuals nationwide and get them connected to the important work that Hi, How Are You is doing for mental health education and awareness.

DM your performance of a Daniel Johnston song or an original song that speaks to you and your mental wellness journey!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 (as an artist):
DM your artwork -- could be a drawing, painting, sculpture, knitting, or any piece of your own creation – that speaks to you and your mental wellness journey!

Through this contest, we’ll celebrate the life and legacy of the late artist, musician and mental health advocate Daniel Johnston and the importance of mental wellness together! One winner will receive a custom Hi, How Are You swag package, and will also be featured on website and social media!
