A new Planet Fitness is coming to Knoxville! Halpern Regional Leasing Director Benjamin Halpern led the completion of a 15,000 SF lease for the gym at Harvest Park Centre. Shadow-anchored by Target, Harvest Park is the main retail destination for East Knoxville and the surrounding area. National co-tenancy includes Marshalls, Ross, Bath & Body Works, Old Navy, and Dollar Tree, among others.
