The terrace level has a private entrance, a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and counter space, a fireplace, a bedroom with en-suite bath, and a large flex room suited to an office, studio, media room, or gym. A fourth bedroom is plumbed for a full bath and has a second laundry hookup.

Priced below the county’s fair market value — and the big-ticket work is already done.
25 Valley View Vista | Jasper, GA 30143
Still available, and I’d like more people to see why it shouldn’t be.
✦ Windows already replaced — a project a lot of homes up here still have ahead of them
✦ Whole-house generator
✦ Light-filled sunroom
✦ High ceilings and true open-concept living
✦ Three full bedroom suites, plus a flex room that lives like a fourth
✦ Separate living quarters with full kitchen and washer/dryer hookups
That lower level opens up real options — extended family, long-term guests, a home office that doesn’t take over the house.
Photos flatten ceilings. Come stand under these.
